Weekly training schedule - Winter (until mid April usually)

Tuesday - Coach led Training

7:00pm meet for a 7.10pm run.

Venue: Meet at Horton Golf Park. All levels can participate and beginners may do less repetitions until they are used to the pace.

Note: Please wear Hi-Viz / bright clothing in winter months.

Thursday - Group Run (6k or 10k options)

7:00pm meet for a 7:10pm run.
