Meet at Horton Golf Park for a Coach led session.

Meet between 7:00pm and 7:10pm for a 7:10pm depart.

Note: Please wear bright clothing in winter months.
  • 7:00pm to 7:10pm Runners arrive and speak to coaches who will give a brief outline of the session.
  • 7:10pm Leave on short warm up. This may be out and back or heading to the location for the main session.
  • 7:20pm The Coach will explain the session more fully and answer questions. Our training is aimed to benefit different levels of fitness, and runners are encouraged to run at a pace suitable for their level of fitness. New runners or those returning to running may run a shorter distance and or have a longer recovery. We usually have multiple groups based on pace and fitness. The overall distance run in the session is approximately 5K.
  • 8:00pm-8.15pm Cool down, return to start location, stretching and feedback.
